Question: Do you eat more when you work out?
ive noticed when i work out i eat way more than i do normally not working out. how much more do you eat and how much more is it ok to eat when you worked out that day?

If you eat 6 meals a day when working out ur fine .. aslong as they r healthy ull see huge improvements and not get hungry :P .. i probably ate 1000is more calories when i worked out b4... now (i still work out) ive cut it down due to my goals



Yes you are using more of your bodies energy, you eat more to accommodatee for the amount of energy used.
