How do you loose the most amount of fat in 4 weeks?!


Question: How do you loose the most amount of fat in 4 weeks?
I really want to loose as much fat as possible in 4 weeks to go to a vacation in California. I want to look better in a swimsuit. I was wondering what the best way was. I am really committed but I just don't know what to do. I want to loose at least 10 pounds!!! Thanks!

Lots of running and cardio
Also
ALWAYS run before your workout, it increases blood flow, which will in turn yield better results quicker.

Running: 1-5 miles is fine
Crunches: 3 reps of 10
Sit ups: 3 reps of 10
Push ups: 3 reps of 10
Leg lifts: 3 reps of 10
Planks: 60 seconds or more
Stair Hops: Up then walk down
Wall Sits: 60 seconds
Jump rope

This is a decent start to a abdominal workout.

You have to burn more calories then you gain throughout the day. Exercise a good amount, eat more veggies, and drink only water. Stay away from fried foods. Realistically It isn't healthy to lose more then 2lbs per week though.
