say you weigh with shoes and a sweatr on hown many pounds would you take away from the scales analized body weight?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it added somewhere around 3lbs. Usually it's like 2-4lbs, anywhere from there, depending on how thick the material is.
its not enough to really be significant, but i guess around 2-3lbs. but thats also the amount of water you can lose/gain, before/after a workout. so when you lose and gain 3lbs here and there, that can also be the water in your body.
why dont you just weigh your clothes?
