Am I getting enough sleep for a teenager?!

Question: Am I getting enough sleep for a teenager?
I'm 15, male, 5'7" - 5'8", approx. 130 pounds, and currently a freshman in high school. Every night, i get about 6-7 hours of sleep. (I know, I know, that's not good). But when I come home, I take an hour or two hour nap. So that rounds out to about 8-9 hours a day. Here, let me make it simpler.

Sleep at 11:30 to 12:30
Wake at: 6:50 to 7 (approx. 6-7hrs.)
Nap for about 1 to 2 hours. (approx. 8-9hrs.)

My question is that even though I technically get 8-9 hours of sleep, does it count even though I'm not getting a FULL 9 hours of sleep continuously?

Naps are a good way to supplement your sleep.

Web search for "siesta benefits"

Healthy sleep is for 7-8 hours STRAIGHT NONSTOP not a few hours at a time, a few times a day.
