excercise will help your pulse by the fact that by working out/losing weight.. etc etc will put less strain on your heart and in result it will slow down your heart rate /pulse ... The fitter you are the more stable your pulse will be... you didnt state your weight?...but if you are thin and a healthy size then maybe do some cardio like running or swimming or something that. if you do it everyday you will see your heart rate slow :)
People who run a lot, or do a lot of Cardio (at least 3 days a week)- Typically have a LOW resting heart rate.
MY resting heart rate is about 100, and I go to the gym often too.. BUT, I'm also on a medication that raises my rate. If you're not on any medications, or you don't constantly drink caffeine, and your rate is STILL 100 or more- Then a simple work-out routine would probably bring it down.
Just keep in mind that there are many factors to take into account when your pulse rate is on the higher side.
Yes exercising improves your pulse rate by allowing more blood flow to your brain. By having a resting pulse of 100 it shows you that your heart has to work harder to pump oxygen blood to your muscles. If you exercise your blood flow will become better.
