I lost 10 kg and I'm not noticing a difference?!


Question: I lost 10 kg and I'm not noticing a difference?
I can't notice a difference. I have before and after videos, and there's no difference at all. this is killing me, I feel like giving up, help me please.

depends how much you weigh if you are very overweight you will not notice it at all maybe try on clothes that are to tight and see if they fit better... but don't give up or else you will stay big forever and you will keep getting bigger
