you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,also, can add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to give more taste)

depends on how quick you wanna lose it if your willing to do it over a few weeks or months maybe adjust your diet workout a little bit and use an over the counter diet pill (i recommend oxy elite pro)
if you need to do it in a couple hours or so then laxatives and go for a run in sweatpants and a sweatshirt lined with trash bags (FYI this will not keep the weight off only works until you rehydrate)
Do not eat after 5pm! You'll lose it in a week. I lost a stone in 1 month doing this, and have kept it off.
