How to lose 5 pounds quickly?!


Question: How to lose 5 pounds quickly?
I haven't been working out within the last yr (I am generally a gym rat) and haef gained about 5 lbs in the last 1.5 year. I just turned thirty and will say I am pretty skinny compared to most chicks my age (i credit this to my body type and also never havingn children). Please help me w/ the best way to lean out quickly. I am at a weight I haven't been at since I was 24. Granted, that is only 5 lbs but I worry.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,also, can add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to give more taste)

it is a plan you can follow .
so now with this you can be healthy, happy AND LOOKING GOOOOD! (:

Carbs not to eat:
pasta
bread
crackers
cereal
muffins

Carbs you can eat:
grain bread
rice
sweet potatoe
fruits
veggies


Fats not to eat:
oils
canola
margarine
fake butter

Fats that are ok:
real butter
eggs whole
avacodos
nuts
coconut oils
olive oils

NO PROCESSED FOODS:
sweetners
corn syrup
soy processed
fructose

Calories:
dont count them!

Starving yourself makes you gain!
(your body stores the fats you have)
(hense; starvation mode)

Exercise:
swim!
run!
ect...

AVOID AS MUCH "HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP" AS POSSIBLE!!!!

depends on how quick you wanna lose it if your willing to do it over a few weeks or months maybe adjust your diet workout a little bit and use an over the counter diet pill (i recommend oxy elite pro)

if you need to do it in a couple hours or so then laxatives and go for a run in sweatpants and a sweatshirt lined with trash bags (FYI this will not keep the weight off only works until you rehydrate)



Do not eat after 5pm! You'll lose it in a week. I lost a stone in 1 month doing this, and have kept it off.
