What can I eat at this time while im on a diet ?!


Question: What can I eat at this time while im on a diet ?
Ok so it's almost 8 pm ?
today i ate
2 eggs (not boiled)
2 toast
1 piece of ham - that was my breakfast
for dinner i had
pasta with tomato sauce
and all i was drinking for the whole day was water
also i exercise for 30 min a day running/step thing and 150 crunches
its almost 8pm and i know you shouldnt eat anything after 6 or 7 but im quiet hunry
what could i eat ?
i have no fruits or vegetables today (going shopping tomorrow)
and have white bread when i normally eat the brown one


im 15 girl 5'8 weight 11 stones/154 pounds

weelll, you do need to eat more or your body will go into starvation mode and cling to every calories as fat.

normally i TOO would suggest veggies, but im sure you have some canned beans, such as lentils, black beans, red kidney beans... these are all full of vitamins and fiber!

i ould personally throw in some more protein, like maybe some chicken, some frozen yogurt """ (take a cup greek yogurt and add a heaping spoon of sugar, dont worry, you need SOME sugar in your diet, or to play it saf measure half a tablespoon and put that in, freeze:)

do you have popcorn KERNELS? add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a pot and add 1/4 cup kernels, this is a low calories snack, and it fills you up and makes a LOT:)

You skipped lunch? You really should be eating 5 small, healthy meals a day. You might want to cut the eggs down to one a day and substitute whole wheat pasta with the regular pasta. You might want to get non-fat yogurt and almonds (not salted) to munch on during the day or in between meals to keep your energy up. Nuts also help boost your mood.

If you have some lean protein, maybe some chicken or fish, or some yogurt, that would be good for you. Or you could make half a sandwich and use the white bread if that's all you have. Cheese or peanut butter are good in a sandwich, and drink some lowfat milk too if you have it.
