Question: How Do I Get Skinny Legs?
Any good exercises I can do to make my thighs and calves skinny? Please let me know!

Answers:

Running is great, or walking uphill, and do strength training exercises like squats and lunges. Also try pilates ... it really works the legs! It won't be easy, you have to train hard to get those kind of results.

My experience



Running just hardens your calves.
it just basically depends on what you eat ..
just watch what your eating.



You can run,walk,ride a bike,get a treadmill,ha. Um work your thighs,do lunges...ha
