Question: ANSWERS PLEASE: did i eat healthy today?
snack: crackers, 4 yogurt pretzels

dinner: wheat pita with fish, lettuce,tomatoes, and cucumbers

snack: Asian pear, strawberries and blackberries
is it to much ? what can i improve on ?

Mini wheat cereal-- Is it sweetened? If it is, try something without added sugar like plain shredded wheat. The activia yogurt is probably also sweetened-- try plain low-fat yogurt. Sweeten with honey instead if you must, it is much healthier.
Morning snack-- it's good but you should try to get a protein source because mixing carbs and protein will keep you satiated longer than just eating carbs alone. Try an apple with peanut butter or have low-fat cheese with your crackers.
Lunch-- Sounds perfectly healthy!
Evening snack-- Great choice. Make sure to eat 2-3 servings of fruit per day.
Dinner-- It's missing! I know you are on a diet, but you should at least eat something for dinner. Eating too little calories will only lower your metabolism and not make it any easier to lose weight. Eat a little something to keep your metabolism in check. Even a bowl of cereal is better than nothing!
