Anyone know about diet pills?!

Question: Anyone know about diet pills?
Hi, i have been trying to lose weight for a long time now and it seems to be doing almost next to nothing, so i wanted to try taking diet or weight loss pills to help the process move faster. Im looking into buying the pill lipofuze but i dont know, does anyone have any experience with this? and is it a scam? And if anyone has any experience with even better pills i would love to know about it
Thanks!
P.s. my target goal is to lose about 50 or more pounds as soon as possable, dont worry i will be gaining some of the weight back through muscle once i get rid of all the fat.

Usually pills works for a while, but sometimes is more the harm they do to our health than the good. Therefore I suggest a closer aproach to propper nutrition

This change is for life and you will speed up your metabolism and lose the weight, but more important, since is a change of style your lose it for life.

Take a good thermogenic(fat burner) diet pill like Thermo Phen Phen Gold about an hour before you work out to maximize your fat burning during your workout and you will lose all the weight you want.

Understand how metabolism and calories work will help,
If you keep your calorie intake at around 2000 and exercise you'll lose weight very quickly.

I know a diet pill. It's called "get off your lazy @ss and go to the gym and eat healthier." You can find it anywhere common sense is sold.

But seriously. I lost 5lbs in 13 days (two weeks if you will) and I started my diet and exercise on the 7th of this month. I am genetically thick, and it's hard working against genetics (in many impossible) but with hard work and dedication, I'm doing it. So you try it now. Oh, and don't listen to the poster above who says to take in 1900. Just 1500. 1900 may be too much (it may have been good for her, because bigger people need to take in more calories, but certainly not for four months and if you're just looking to lose 50lbs, that definitely isn't the way to go). That is only if you plan to do mega intense workouts so that you actually can burn it off (which is hard and cannot be done with situps alone because situps don't burn fat, they increase already-existing muscle mass, no matter what anyone tells you) or gain weight for muscle. I know they say 2000 calories is the standard, but why do you think Americans are so fat? Because that many calories is too much for the average person. Not everyone is running a triathlon or becoming a bodybuilder or an athlete, we don't all need that many calories. Even 1500 is the upward of a lot, but it's more less safer and better for people who are 50lbs overweight, once you get use to that and drop those 50lbs, you can move on down to 1300 calories and stay there.

Alrighty, where to start...

Alli-works decently but it works slowly and has nasty side effects!
Excedrine- Did not work at all for me
Acai Berry Diet- Did not see a difference either
Meizitang Slimming Pills- The best result i've gotten..I've been taking them for about four months, in the first two weeks I lost 20 pounds and have kept it off since! I lose and gain the one pound every other day lol. The only side effects I've gotten is a really dry mouth. You can find it online or probably craigslist...Its give or take $20 for a 36 day supply, you take one a day before your first meal and don't have to change anything in your lifestyle, you'll start eating less naturally. :]

**Try googleing Meizitang, their are tons of good reviews :]

I know about diet pills and i know not to use them. When you use diet pills you dont get rid of your fat you get rid of everything else besides that really like you; water weight, protein, vitamins. In some cases people have had their face deformed because half there face was fat and half sagged down because of their weight loss it was disgusting. Im fat myself disgusting fat. well 4 months ago i was.
Im not an advertiser lol but i want to actually tell you how to lose weight cuz its really working for me
1. breakfast for 4months all i eat was porridge why? because it releases its energy slower so you feel fuller for longer
2. Never snack and if you do only 2 snacks aloud in the day which is either apple, bannana, no oranges (contain to much sugar) or grapes
3.dont eat anything after 7pm.

eat 1900 calories a day after a period of 4 months you would have AT LEAST lost 1 stone and thats if you are skinny if you have a bmi over 24 you at least lose 2.3 stone

i did that diet and also did 50 situps a day THATS ALL it worked i mean im still chubby and need to lose more weight but im certainly getting there!

If there is one thing you learn today - let it be this.
There is no such thing as a fat burner pill, liquid, powder, or supplement!
Got it?
Think about it. If any of this garbage worked, why would 2/3 of the adults in the US be overweight, obese, or morbidly obese? We would be lined up without the need for slick advertising.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA.
There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved.
Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $2 and $10 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.

And yes they are dangerous. Heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, and neurological damage and death have all been the result of diet pills. That is why the FDA hasn't approved any new ones for 14 years.
These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don't get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not.
I am not a fan of more government but the laws need to be changed to give the FDA more authority to shut this garbage down.
The latest trick to watch for is peddlers stating their product is manufactured in a facility that "meets FDA production standards"
I can make liquid fertilizer in a facility that meets FDA standards but you wouldn't drink it for weight loss!
The number one selling brand right now is Hydroxycut thanks to an aggressive ad campaign.
If the product works, why do they have so many different formulas. If it works, it works right?
Notice I said they were the number one seller. I didn't say it works because it doesn't.

One of the laws of the Universe is there are 3500 calories in a pound of body fat. You have to burn as energy 3500 more calories than you consume to lose that pound. Period.
Good luck.
