How does an 11 year old that weighs 96 lbs loose weight fast?!


Question: How does an 11 year old that weighs 96 lbs loose weight fast?
I am 11 years old and I weigh 96lbs and my birthday is march 1st. I really want to loose some weight by then and I want to know some good ways to loose it without dieting. Please help me and don't write anything saying not to loose weight at my age. Thank you. Anything helps

Im pretty sure that that's the average weight? Ive always been underweight all my life soo...
But 96 is average, no need to loose weight.
Jus keep healthy. Excercise, eat healthy :]



First off, that's about five days away. You could go on a water fast and not lose much weight by then. Second of all, without changing your diet you would have to exercise TONS and still lose slowly. You have to change you diet. Cut out carbs, cut out fat, cut out calories, cut out SOMETHING. Actually, that's not strictly "dieting" because you're not going on something specific like Atkins or Weight Watchers or whatever, but you have to cut out something to lose weight at a decent pace.



sigh.......... your best bet would be to exercise more than you are now. Go out and play, scooter, skate, run, etc. Try getting out and walking, jogging, jump rope, jumping jacks, etc.
Try to et at least 1 hour of exercise a day.

You can eat the same amount, but you'll get firmer, lose some inches and weight.

for your age, i would cut out junk food and soda, and do some sit ups and jog everyday. or jump rope. (:
