Your digital scale is probably more accurate to read than your analog scale. I have both. I never have to re calibrate the digital, but I do have to reset manually the analog. However, what I weigh is a fact, and mass will show the same on both scales. One cost me $10, and the other cost me $20 and tells me my fat ratio as well, provided I input my proper height and age. If you buy that, keep the directions. Your analog scale just needs to be set to zero and put on a flat surface. If it is still off, either dump it or figure it is off that much and add that much back to the total for an accurate measure. Another thought is that when you use the medical level scale at the gym or at a physical exam, go home and weigh yourself to see which is most accurate.
