Question: I want to reduce muscle thigh... what do I do?
I am a figure skater and I skate everyday before school for 2 hours but not on a weekend. Also i go to ballet after school for 3 hours on a wednesday and friday!!! I just dont no what to do as i do enough excersice and eat okay. However i want to look good as in summer and additional as a ballet dancer. I dont know what to do!!!
