what i do is find pictures of people with the body i want and plaster them all over the house. by the fridge and near the tv especially. or put bikini pics up of yourself on here and ask for honest opinions lol. the responses will motivate you. brutal, but it would work. if you want to lose the weight, the key is, you just make yourself. no one LIKES to do it, but you have to, and you can :) good luck!
For me it is doing things that I love. Like walking, volleyball, aerobics, running in the park, just staying active. It also helps if I mix it up. Staying in the same routine or doing the same exercises doesn't seem to motivate me after some time.
