Eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, fish, nuts, etc.
Working out 30 minutes a day.

Ya but idk if it's healthy. If I were you I'd eat a little more and work out more but I eat just below 4000cal n work out for around 3hours and I can still see my six pack so I gues it's diff for each person
