Do that for as long as you can up to one hour.
Start slow or your calves will hate you.
Running is always a great cardio burn.
Long distance or same as the jump rope.
Run 50 yards, walk 50 yards.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) burns more calories and builds lean muscle faster.
Buy a rope that is heavy enough so it is not "floating" when in use.
I like to do kick boxing. The Billy Blanks series are my favorites. All the kicking really tones your abs. He does a lot of specific things for the abs, like standing leg lifts and stuff. I noticed a huge difference in my abs after about 2 or 3 weeks. I also use Shape's ab DVD 3 times a week.
