Question: I'm bored, should i do a workout?
hey! So i am 13 and like 136-138 pounds and i would love to be 130 lbs. but i would be happy at 135 lbs. So today it is officially spring, so it's time for me to get my summer body ready and i want to look toned and fit, flat stomach toned nice legs and nice arms. So what workouts would be good? I am already starting to run at least a mile everyday! :)
BTW, i am like 5'6" or 5'7"

Good workouts? Here are some ideas for you, hope it helps!

sprint 1 block, 15 push ups, 15 squats, Repeat for 20 minutes as many rounds as possible

20 bodyweight squats, 20 situps, 20 lunges, 20 burpees, 3 Rounds

sprint 1 block, jog 1 block, stop and do 50 squats. Continue for 30 minutes
