Yes haha. Even if you have a high metabolism and you don't need to lose weight you should still exercise 3-4 times a week. You don't have to get a gym membership just do one of these:
Go on a power walk or run or jog for 30 min
Take a dance class
Ride a bike
Go swimming!
Run up and down the stairs !!!
Play a sport- tennis or volleyball with a friend, basketball
Walk sonewhere you'd normally drive to like a friends house or the store like a mile or two away.
There are a lot of things you can do that don't even seem like exercise! But if you do get started exercising you will feel great and love it! It is important to exercise though because it keeps you strong and healthy and helps you live a longer life.
You need exercise. 30 minutes a day would be great, 60 minutes a day is the best, but 90 minutes a week is realistic and perfectly acceptable.
