Healthy breakfast or no?!
Question: Healthy breakfast or no?
Low fat chocolate milk
1 cup of cheerios
56 grams of organic strawberry yogurt
a Clementine,
or strawberries
or black berries
or rasberries
or some mango
or a banana
(fruit varies on each day depending on what i feel like eating, i don't eat all those fruits at breakfast, just one of them from the list each breakfast every morning)
Answers:
sounds like an AMAZING breakfast to me!
you have alot of fruit which is obviously a great way to start the day
if you ever get bored, i would suggest having a fruit smoothie with your cereal once in a while, and putting ur yogurt in the smoothie! also try half a grapefruit or an avacado...delicious and nutritious.
and i would suggest exchanging the chocolate milk for chocolate soy milk, or low fat regular skim milk....it is probably healthier :)
hope this helped
just my opinion/ knowledge
"healthy" is such a vague term. all food is "healthy" in moderation, and if you have a balanced diet then you should be healthy! as long as the rest of your diet fits in to provide you with a good balance of macro/micronutrients, vitamins and minerals, then you are good to go
oh my god this makes me feel really guilty i literally have NO fruit in my diet
i just eat chocolate orange for breakfast
my dinner is in the oven and its chicken nuggests and chips yum yum - no fruit to be found there
i think fruit is pretty horrid tbh
Protein is best for breakfast like eggs, or some kind of meat. And stop eating cereals, they are unhealthy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1UwXpL7R…

That's pretty healthy, here's what I would eat
Small cup of grapenuts w/ organic plain yogurt
Sweetin it with natural honey
Glass of water
