Ok, don't do what Ben Owens said. If you don't want to do much exercise, just do about 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before you eat breakfast. Be sure that you still eat though, this keeps your metabolism going. Just eat healthily. Don't skip any meals whatsoever. I understand that you don't have much time, but try to set aside 30 minutes in the mornings before you eat breakfast. Best of luck to you, I hope it works well.

All you would have to do is cut back on your calories and eat more fat burning foods. You can lose weight without exercising but its always good to tone your muscles while your losing weight so you wont have loose flab on your belly arms and legs that usually comes with weight loss.
Body fitness and weight control are lifetime investments. My wife and I discovered a long time ago that there is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. A program that focuses on lifetime weight control is a much better approach. The only site we've found that seems to understand this is old crow ink.
