u dont need to go to gym..i've done few work outs in home...give it a try..:-
~drink lots of water
~cruches for 2 minutes(after 5 minutes do it again until you cant stand the pain on your tummy)
~run for 20 non-stop then continue for 30
~push ups( util u fell the pain on your arms)
~diet(fruits,wholemeal,veges,low fat yogurt n more)
