Question: What do you think of my exercise schedule?!? (Work out 6 days/week)?
Am I overdoing anything? Great for fat loss? My diet is VERY healthy--I zigzag my calories--somedays I eat 1400 (the one day I don't work out per week), other days 1700, other days 2000, etc. EVERYTHING is healthy..whole grains, veggies, fruits, everyting u name it, nuts, fish, red meats on occasion, lots of water everyday, etc. My diet is very healthy. I also taper my calories, which means I eat the biggest meal at breakfast then decrease my calories throughout each of my 5 meals throughout the day; i eat 5 meals per day in 3 hr increments. I do not eat anything 3 hours before I go to bed.
So here's my exercise schedule, what do u think of it...am I overdoing anything? How can I improve?

30 min weight training; (I do 6-7 machines, 3 reps of 6-12 on each machine)
Day 2: 3 mi run
30 min. bike ride
Day 3: elliptical-30 min
30 min. weight training
Day 4: 3 mi run;
30 min. bike ride
Day 5: 3 mi. run
30 min weight training
Day 6- OFF
Day 7: 3 mi run;
30 min weight training
*RUNNING INCREASES BY 1/4th MILE EVERY 2 WEEKS
