Is fat harder to burn when it's trapped over layers of muscle?!
Question: Is fat harder to burn when it's trapped over layers of muscle?
Is that true? Also, is it true that it's harder to burn fat if that situation presents itself.
Answers:
Absolutely not, in fact the opposite is true. The more muscle you build, the higher your resting metobolic rate will be. This means having muscle will raise your metabolism and you will burn more fat during rest than a person with little/no muscle.
hey, I had this bad eating situation for so many years. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Till I stumpled upon these tips, I was doubtful at first. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I felt good. After that first drop of weight, which was so uplifting, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I feel great!. I hope this helps others out there: http://allloseweightguide.tk
Fat is fat. It is no harder to burn wherever it shows up. You just have to reduce caloric intake to below what your body needs. You can't spot reduce fat.

Usually as you build muscle you are burning up your fat. That does not mean a fat person cannot have muscles, but the more calories you burn the more fat you lose no matter where it is located.
