It depends upon your goals. If your goal is weight loss/management then cardio is good. Things that use major muscle groups and raise your heart rate like jogging, swimming, almost any sport, riding a bike, kickboxing, jumping rope, etc are all good. You need to do cardio 3-4 times/week and strength training 1-2 times. Start with just a few minutes then gradually add time and intensity until you are doing 45-60 minutes at once.
If you want to gain strength or muscular endurance then do more strength training sessions. Go to a park and do pull ups, push ups, hanging sit ups. Body weight exercises are still very effective exercises. Look for things around your house to use for hand weights like cans and bottles.
