You just need to run 10 minutes a day or walk for 30 min a day. Do this 5 times a week. Also, eat healthy and cut all the junk and fast food. You can have junk food only 2 times a week. If you get hungry in between meals, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
yeah, just go run in the gym daily or every other day and run like 3-5 miles and wallah you should drop 10 lbs in like a month. You just have to want it.
