Question: Is 75 grams of protein daily enough?
I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight with a vegetarian diet and am only getting around 75 grams of protein a day. I work out everyday for an hour. Just cardio. The machine says I burn about 520 calories. I'm 21, 5'11'', and 179 pounds.

That should be enough so long as you're not trying to bulk up. IF you are lighting weights and trying to get bigger, it's recommended that you consume 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight.
