I'm 14 and i'm trying to loose weight as well :)
This isn't exactly 'at home' but go on a half an hour jog each day... it doesn't just work out your legs but looses fat from all parts of your body and tones you up to :)
also, just look at what you usually eat throughout a normal day and cut down on some of the unhealthy things you might eat abit too much of... just remember, it's okay to treat yourself once in a while just eat healthy and exercise and that should do the job :) also, sit ups might not make you loose weight like crazy but they'll definitely tone your stomach up! Just wanted to take a minute to let you know to keep searching for the right answers and program for you. I have struggled with an extra 40 pounds for quite some time and tried various methods to only have to start over. But I came across a site that had an article that really helped me get many of the answers I was looking for.
