Question: Is it better to do strength training 3 times a week or every day?
also i did strength training 6 times a week for about 2 months, but i havnt seen any significant result. i read that your suppose to do it one day yes and one day no (3 times a week), to let the muscle grow or something. because i havnt lost any weight i started walking 3 miles because its aerobic exercise- which is ok to do everyday, right?
so, should i do the strength training 3 times a week, or every day?

I think 3 days a week is best. When you work ut to much and don't give your body a day to recover you will never get results, your body needs a day to work its magic instead of having to work on exercising. I would say 6 days a week for aerobic. I'm traing for a half marathon and I don't even run everyday. They say that if your going to run only 5 days a week. So in summary 3 days or 4 but not everyday
