Question: I need motivation so I can get back to working out on a regular, what do I do?
I'm one of these people with low body fat percentage so I get quick results when it comes to muscle gain.
I haven't worked out on a regular for about six months and before that I didn't work out for six months neither. I have this big problem of inconsistency. I'll start working out for two weeks and get quick results then quit because I just stop for no apparent reason and when I finally realize what I've done it makes me irritated and depressed two months later at what I would've been.. What can I do to motivate myself to keep going consistently

Do it for the ladies. They love muscles. Your motivation is getting laid or getting laid more
