Im just not losing weight!?!
Question: Im just not losing weight!?
Answers:
It's 156 pounds which for a 5'6 person which is very, very, VERY close to normal. (That's a BMI of 25.2, and a normal BMI is 24.9 or less.) You probably just need to tone up. Work on strength training and weight lifting.
If you're doing such hard core workouts and not eating, THAT'S why you're not losing weight. The more you work out, the more you need to eat. Seriously. Starve yourself and work out, and all you do is make your metabolism extremely slow.
lost 70 pounds
I am not a professional, but in order to lose weight, you have to trick your body. If you start doing the same routine, your body will eventually get used to it and you won't lose any weight. You have to switch up your exercise routine. B/c you walk everyday, your body is now used to this exercise and therefore nothing will change. Try tricking your body.
Also, you shouldn't skip meals. Your body needs the proper nutrients to survive
If you're getting the adequate amount of exercise than it is probably the amount of calories you're consuming. Try to eat 1,300 - 1,400 calories per day and burn more calories than that! If that still doesn't work after a few weeks, see your doctor, it may be your thyroid or something that's keeping you from losing weight!
Good luck.
okay, to get into shape , rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
