and do sit ups help lose belly fat?
Answers:
Sit ups alone won't lose belly fat. Your food choices are pretty good in general, but your body can't burn fat in just one targeted zone like that. It has to be all over. Running/Biking/Swimming or any intense cardio will get you a flat stomach faster. HIIT training will get your their the fastest.
Example: While my stomach is toned, my abs are nothing compared to the definition by brother has. His work out regiment is tough, but it does not include a singe sit-up, crunch, or plank... His ab training work out is basketball.

There is nothing that specifically contribute to belly.
The pasta could go, though.
And make sure all the chicken/turkey is skinless.
