Alright Mike you've came to the right guy, well actually I came to you but anyway, you should really be doing 5/6 hours of exercise a week, and I'm guessing that you want to lose those "8 pounds" so I would stick with cardio exercise (jogging, swimming, cycling) stuff like that, and like "one of a kind" said member and have your weetabix in the morning, and lay of the poppadoms lol, did you know that 68% of the time we confuse hunger with thirst, so next time ya wanna go have a snack take a drink first lol : )

well it could be that your body is experiencing growth changes like change in muscle mass.
well this is the common exercise routine (says my doctor): exercise at least 1 hour or more everyday.
also, don't forget to eat breakfast because it helps your metabolism since your body needs to consume a certain amount of food after you've been asleep for this many hours.
one more also, eat 5 times a day with little groups of snacks and consume slowly as it helps out your digestive system.

Maybe you're growing. I think you should exercise 3-4 times a week.
The simple 30 mins a day, everday.
