Question: Is this a good way to get in shape for a 16 year old guy?
So yeahs, im trying to get in shape.
For the past week, ive been jogging every morning starting at 6:30 a.m to 7:00 a.m. basically its like 30 minutes of jogging every morning.
Also, ive been having a ham sandwich (no cheese and mayo) plus a side of salad for lunch.
However for dinner, ive eaten a bunch of eandom stuff (i eat proportionally now)
Is this a good start to get in shape?

Answers:
yep. and eat protein (keeps you full longer). and drink water (about 1/2 ur body weight in ounces is recommended)
and do pushups and curlups. and pullups and chin ups if u have a bar.
