Here's a list of some high carb, lowfat/protein foods you could include in your meal:
-potato, plain, baked
-sweet potato, baked
-brown or white rice
-whole grain pasta
-whole wheat breads/bagels/english muffins
-fruits (especially bananas, dried fruits like raisins, grapes, cherries)
-corn
