Question: Constipation for a week... Help?!?
I've been drinking a lot of water and fruits but nothing is happening and it's starting to freak me out. I just took a bath and had some natural yogurt as well as mint tea... It's also just before the start of my period, but I'm never usually constipated, no matter what the circumstance.
What to do next?

You need to take an over the counter laxative. Try something like Maalox or Phillips Milk of Magnesia.
Bananas can make you constipated so I wouldn't recommend that. Apples are good also prunes. Lots of veggies, spicy food can also help, not to much carbs can also help. But I would go to a health food shop if I was you and get something.

go for a run and then have a massive bowl of All Bran cereal. have you been sitting down a lot? if you dont move around enough people can get constipated. if after that there is still no movement, just buy some natural laxative pills.
