how much do I have to weigh to be overweight?!
Question: How much do I have to weigh to be overweight?
Answers:
There's a difference between overweight and overfat. Many underweight people are overfat (skinny, flabby arms, fat packed on the inside, and in arteries etc.), and many overweight people are underfat, such as weightlifters and bodybuilders.
5'7" 60kg sounds fine. But even normal weight or skinny people have to eat right and exercise.
Yup quite oky. You wont be overweight until you gain around 10-12 kgs more. For your height, you have perfect BMI. you can comfortably gain few more kgs without tipping the scale to the danger level :)

Bmi is the quickest (but not necessarily accurate) way to calculate this. Your BMI is 20.9 which means you're definitely not overweight
