Question: Beginning yoga, some moves and tips? ?
I am becoming interested in doing yoga exercises daily (at home). What are some simple moves and tips that could help me start out? And I'm not very flexible. If I do yoga daily, will I become bendy and more flexible as I advance in yoga moves?

I would say that taking a class at a gym would be the best but if you want to stay in the house get some dvds to help you learn some moves. Yes, after doing yoga for awhile you will become more flexible. It also relieves stress.
