I'm so confused. Can someone tell me the truth, what can I really have..?!
Question: I'm so confused. Can someone tell me the truth, what can I really have..?
also hot dogs?
what should I not eat when trying to lose belly fat?
Answers:
Stick with your whole-wheat pasta. Ditch the hot dogs, and instead eat leaner forms of protein like lean roasted (not fried) chicken. Also, beans are a great source of fiber and protein that can help fill you up healthfully without unnecessary calories. Eat 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies every day and try to fit in 45-60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise every day.
Hope this helps!

Whole grains are great for your body.

Hot dogs:
They aren't exactly the healthiest nor the worst food out there. But you shouldn't eat those regularly.

Just reduce the intake of red meats (that is, beef, pork lamb, etc.) and more of chicken (no skin, however) and seafood. Eat a wide variety of FRUIT AND VEGETABLES daily. Avoid eating salty / fried food, or other food have high sodium / fat.
Exercise often (60 min / day)
Remember, the less processed food was, probably the healthier it is.
APPLE is better than bought apple juice, and jam
Soft cheese is better than processed cheese
Pototoes are better than chips
