I need help on day 3 on p90x workout?!
Question: I need help on day 3 on p90x workout?
So im 15 and i started p90x 3 days ago on saturday.
The first workout was tough but i got through it the next day my arms and chest were a ached a little but i did the second work out. Now im on day 3 and im not shure if i should attempt the 3rd work out as my arms and chest are killing me, i cant even straighten my arms.
what should i do ??

Take a break until you aren't sore or you'll do more harm than good. You need to ease into a routing as strenous as P90X. Start with something less difficult or just do 3 out of 6 days to start. Ie. Day 1,3,5
