I will eat around 1300-1500 calories a day and I will do cardio for 30-40 minutes 3x a week AND toning exercise for 30-50 3x a week.
Will this be enough? I already started on Saturday, but will I be able to tone up a bit by May the 18th?

That is too little calories if you are going to be working out and don't need to lose weight. I would up it to between 1600 and 1800. As far as will you see results. That depends on what you will be doing for toning. But more than likely, Yes at least slightly.
