what are the affects of not eating enough protein?!
Question: What are the affects of not eating enough protein?
Answers:
Low energy
OH GOSHH. low protein is the most DANGEROUS. why do you thnk you see low fat diets and low carb diets? have you EVER seen a low protein diet???
nope, never.
our muscles need protein to function-- all our organs and our most important muscle, the heart, NEED PROTEIN TO FUNCTION NORMALLY.
try incorperating more milk, greek yogurt, cheese, beans, and MEAT CHICKEN AND EGG WHITES in your diet, and youll be properly nourished with protein. if you like carbs, go with pasta, it has almost 10G of protein per serving, which is a start.
make sure you get your protein!! eat some sort of protein at least 2 out of your three meals, daily (ex, i focus breakfast on carbs and fats (although milk has TONS of protein), lunch on protein and carbs, and dinner on protein, and very very little carbs and fats.)
Well it basically means that your muscles won't develop properly and at a good rate so therefore you may feel weaker and you will look less toned. Also I'm not sure but your body may start breaking down the muscles you do have. Again, I'm not sure as I'm not a doctor or nutritionist or anything :)
My best guess
Low energy? LOL.
Well if your someone who's building lots of muscle and you DON'T get your protein the muscle will be torn away meaning any muscle you gain, Will slowly be lost. GET YOUR PROTEIN MAN!
Either way you need it to maintain your body and tissue
