You don't want to gain it fast. You want steady weight workout. Squats , lunges and dead lifts with progressively heavier weights. This will build up up your lower body(Butt, quads and calves) and put some muscular tone on. TAKE YOUR TIME. In six months, with proper training, your arms and legs will be so hot you'll really be hated! LOL I won't be held responsible, if afterwards you put on a pair of heels and cause numerous car accidents.
Go to the hospital and get an IV hooked up to you and have the doctor put weight on you ASAP.
