5 minutes-weight training 8-10 lb weights
and next 10 minutes on other machines such as:

It takes time to get in shape.I was 15 and 260 pounds of fat.I began exercising and eating healthier and lost 100 pounds in 1 year.I had lots of loose skin after that.I am 17 now and still do cardio 2-3 days a week for at least an hour.I go to the gym 5-6 days a week for an hour and a half - 2 hours.But now I do more weights and resistance training to tighten up the loose skin.It takes at least a month to see real results.I am seeing my top 4 abs in the mirror and my chest is solid as a rock.My arms and legs are toned now and the rest of my body is catching up.I figure I can have the body I want in another year.Just in time to start my life and there is always room to improve.You need to boost your work out time to at least an hour and a half.Do more weights.Don't worry about packing on too much muscle because it takes a long time to gain weight.Hope this helped,I am still learning too.
