Question: Good Advice for Exercise and Diet Plan to lose weight before Summer?
Soo summer is around the corner which means so is the bikini and pool! Over this winter I've managed to get a little careless with my diet and working out. I'm in pretty good shape, but i know i have been and could be in better. I wanna shed a healthy amount of weight before June, maybe 10-15pounds at the most.

What is a good diet, and exercise plan to help achieve this goal? I have a gym membership and already try use it about 3 times a week if not more. But lately i haven't been seeing much results as i once did. What are good work outs and foods to really kick this in gear?

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Best exercises you should do is cardio exercises anything that keeps your heart rate up. Best cardio exercise would be running up and down stairs for 1 hour or swimming you should do INTENSE cardio work out 5 times a week for 30mins minimum and 1 hour maximum. You should go in a very low diet, if you eat usually eat 2,000 calories eat 1,500 and workout. DRINK only water **** sodas only water. Don't eat after 7pm unless you work at night time shifts by being active. GOOD LUCK

First of all, good news for you! You can easily slim down and much faster than any other age group as you have the highest metabolism rate. You only need to note three things; Diet, Exercise and Motivation.

On Diet, you need the most nutrient during this period. What you eat will determine your health and physics for the rest of your adulthood. That means, if you don’t slim down during this period, you are likely to get fat always in your adulthood. Also you will likely to be sick easily for the rest of your life. You need to have a balance diet with the correct food like protein, fats, vitamins, etc. (Ladies, if you eat too little, you are likely to have small breast and butt for life). You can’t to be choosy on food. Refer to the blog at the end if you don’t know what you need to eat.

Exercise is at this period, you are able to lose weight fast and develop your muscle too. Exercise every other day for 30 ~ 45 minutes, 3 times a week. Left one day for rest. Lastly, is your will to slim down. You can all set goals to lose weight. But if you did not have the will or you left the goals unchecked.
