Is it okay to do more days of lower body then upper at the gym?!


Question: Is it okay to do more days of lower body then upper at the gym?
I don't want to become leg heavy. This would suit my weekly schedule better though, if I could do two days lower and one day upper.

There should be a balance. Try and work the whole of the body during the time you are in the gym,

working the legs burns more calories cos the leg mucles are the biggest in the body, if u dont want to get big legs dont lift heavey weights, the key is hi reps low weights or running
