I need a diet plan to lose weight...?!

Question: I need a diet plan to lose weight...?
So I have really come to terms with the fact that I need to lose weight healthily in order to keep it off.
I am 5'2 and 130 pounds currently, and I would like to lose at least 10-15 pounds

Does anyone know where I could find a good diet (and maybe excersise) plan that will help me do this healthily so I don't gain it all back?

Answers:

Hey!

I have tons and tons of info on my site www.how2losebellyfat.org

It doesn't matter which diet you follow, as long as you stay at 500 calories under maintenance.

Here's a neat formula. 10 x bodyweight in lbs per day. That's 1300 calories for you.

Re-do that formula every week, cause you'll be lighter.

That's all there is to it, if you can stick to that amount of calories per day, you'll lose 10lbs in no time!!

Check my site out for info.

Plenty of high-fiber, natural fruits, soy products, and vegetables, along with certain processed foods from health food stores, are the foundation of the "Skinny" vegan diet plan. Dieters are encouraged to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and to have a snack only if needed.

Foods that are allowed include:

Organic fruits and veggies
Soy products, beans, legumes (lentils, peas), and nuts
Organic canola, olive, sesame, and coconut oil
Whole-grain cereals and bread, whole-wheat pasta, vegetable pasta, tortillas, brown rice, barley, quinoa, potatoes, and sweet potatoes
Organic corn chips; tofu ice cream; and desserts sweetened with cane juice, maple syrup, raw sugar, date paste, or other natural, unrefined products
Water, decaf green tea

A typical meal plan might look like this:

Breakfast: mango, banana, kiwi, and soy yogurt
Lunch: organic salad with lots of raw vegetables
Snack: exotic vegetable chips, or an apple
Dinner: vegan Pad Thai

GP for more years than I care to remember

The key is to do in a healthy way and not cut out everything that you love. Instead, find alternative ways of cooking them. For example:
-If you like spaghetti and meatballs: use ground turkey, grind your own tomatoes and add pepper and basil, and use whole grain pasta.
-Grilled cheese: use whole wheat/ grain bread and use veggie cheese.
-eat salad with vinaigrette and homemade croutons and white meat chicken
When exercising, don't go too hard. Maybe 20 minutes a day indoors (lunges, resistance bands, etc. to tone up). On the weekends when you have more time, run outdoors for about 30 minutes.

I was 247 lbs one year ago. Now 215. ( lost 20 lbs in the first 6 weeks.)
How???? Walking. 30 minutes every other day. Light stretching and bending. No sweets. No snacking. 3 proper meals per day. (I do treat myself every Sunday to a chocolate bar or some ice cream.)
I am a male. 70 years old. Remember, it is easier for men to lose weight.
