Yellow Teeth?

Hi, I am 16 and since I was a little kid, I have been taking care of my teeth very good, like I floss--use mouthwash-plax everyday three times but for some reason my teeth are yellow, I really don't know why, I mean I take so good care of my trrth, how do I completely get rid of the yellow stains on my teeth and make they crystal clear?
