I'm having my first root canal! And it will be for two teeth!!!?

So I'm scheduled for a root canal tomorrow. Never had one in my life. I hear that the procedure and recovery is not as bad as it was in the past. Others tell me I will have a throbbing headache for two to three days afterwards. Please tell me your experiences!! I'm very nervous when it comes to dental work!!!!!

I had it a couple of years ago and everyone told me it would be a painful experience...WRONG.. I was in the dental chair for an hour in which my dentist was cutting, drilling and generally poking about. The worst thing fo me was jaw-ache from keeping my mouth wide open. After the injection wore off I was sore, but the pain wasn't that bad...GOOD LUCK!
