What do you do if your teeth are sore from your braces?
I got them tightened and rubber bands an stuff and it is sore tht i can barely chew. what should i do?
Answers:
Motrin is the best thing. That, and a soft diet.
It'll happen each time you get them tightened, but should wear off in a day or 2.
It'll be worth it in the end.
